Job Description:

• Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Experience:

• Working experiences with attraction and hospitalization industries are preferrable.
• Familiar with building construction and project management processes.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.

Responsibilities:

Actively identify new business opportunities.

Coordination with Sellers:

• Maintain regular communication with vendors to address technical difficulties, resolve issues, and ensure project progress.

Handover Management:

• Oversee the handover process, working closely with vendors to ensure a smooth transition from start to finish

Stakeholder Coordination:

• Collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including MCST, clients, interior designers, contractors, suppliers, through regular meetings to ensure conformity to specifications, quality standards, and delivery schedules.

Group Communication:

• Respond promptly and effectively on other communication platforms to keep all relevant parties informed and address project-related inquiries.

Ad-Hoc Duties:

• Tackle unforeseen challenges, make necessary adjustments to the project plan, and handle any miscellaneous tasks that may arise during project execution.

Qualifications:

• Min 3 years of experience in residential ID renovation industry.
