Responsibilities:
· Assist Project Manager in implementation and successful completion of projects within schedule, cost and quality
· Liaise closely with Sub-contractors, Architects, Consultants and Authorities
· Set guidelines, provide expertise and supervision to the team
· Verify construction details based on plans and drawing designs
· Provide on-the-job coaching and track productivity of Operation Team
· Forecast, plan and track sub-contractors work progress, provide weekly schedules
· Conduct daily coordination meeting to ensure project timelines are met by Sub-contractors, including logistic arrangements for daily operation needs
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
· Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management
· At least 6 years of experience with Main Contractor
· Coordinate between various teams on project
· Good people management skills
