Role Overview

As a Business Management Trainee, you'll embark on a hands-on, accelerated learning journey in direct sales, team leadership, and business management. This role is designed to prepare you for a future leadership position in sales and business management, where you’ll master the art of customer acquisition, sales strategies, and team dynamics in an energetic, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Execution: Engage in direct sales activities to build customer relationships, present product value, and achieve personal and team sales targets.
Customer Relations: Provide tailored product and service presentations to clients, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term customer loyalty.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to share best practices, refine sales strategies, and contribute to team growth.

Qualifications

Education: Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not essential).
