Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution: Oversee the entire pipe labeling process, including project scoping, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Team Leadership: Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and contractors to ensure that all labeling and identification tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
Quality Control: Ensure all pipe labels meet regulatory and client-specific requirements, including ANSI/ASME standards for pipe marking.
Compliance & Safety: Manage the project in adherence to all safety protocols and regulations. Ensure all workers are aware of and follow safety measures.
Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact with clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials used, and any issues encountered. Provide detailed reports to senior management.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of labeling materials, and negotiate costs when needed.
Problem Solving: Address any issues or delays that may arise during the project and implement effective solutions.

Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably within the construction or industrial sectors. Prior experience with pipe labeling or pipe marking projects is highly desirable.
Knowledge: Familiarity with pipe labeling standards (ANSI/ASME A13.1) and industrial safety standards.
