Key Responsibilities:

As a Materials Planning Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

• Manages team of intermediate or experienced professionals and sets short-term operational plans for team.
• Assist General Manager/Sales for inventory, backlog & orders/sales forecasting management
• Work with customer service associate with customer complaints/requirement, resolving critical issues or problems by coming up with recommendations of possible solutions
• Leads in the establishment of plans and maintaining data for purchased parts, subassemblies, end items and other parts as required.
• Spearheads the development of the capacity management process, including identification of capacity gaps to ensure successful execution of customer demands in support of SIOP.
• Leads in the establishment of continuous management for the master demand schedule, including adherence to required validations using the best information available.
• Responsible for the transportation and delivery of inter/intra-plant parts and outbound finished products.
• Oversees tracking of inter/intra-plant work in process (WIP), promise dating, and expedite orders to ensure on-time delivery and flow.
• Warehousing management, Monitors tracking and shipping process.
• Leads in the development of plans to minimize risks for shortages and ensures successful customer delivery.
• Any other duties assigned in other work areas.

As a minimum you must have:

• Good Knowledge of SAP is a must. Well-versed in Microsoft Office with good working knowledge in MS Excel.
• At least 10 years’ of relevant working experience in customer services, warehousing, supply chain etc, related industries preferred.
• Possess good analytical, problem solving, interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills.
• Able to work independently and handle assignments in fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proven record in successfully leading and improving business processes in an international matrix environment
• Has broad knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline with understanding of the impact of work on other areas of the organization.
• University Degree or equivalent experience

Responsible for the management of projects and focus on meeting project commitments ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Ownership for the allocated projects and to ensure that the project’s objectives are met.

• Lead the design, planning, implementation, and testing of projects
• Facilitate the definition of project objectives, goals tasks and resource requirements
• Ensure a high level of fiscal/cost control and accountability for project budget
• Manage resource allocation and responsible for assembling for the project staff
• Facilitate the service levels and customer requirements
• Interact regularly with existing or potential clients to determine their needs and develop plans for improving delivery
• Work cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes
• Resolve and assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional areas
• Efficient project monitoring and to provide corrective supervision if necessary
• Provides the overall project schedule and review conformance during the course of the project
• Manage, lead and develop a team of project/site engineers
• Provide mentoring, coaching and direction setting to team members

• Diploma in Engineering or its equivalent;
• With 3 or 5 year's relevant experience in related industry;
• Knowledge in project management is a must;
• Strong customer focus,team player, independent and result-orientated;
• Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels;
• Energetic and high level of work commitment with a positive mindset;
• Demonstrate abilities to work in a fast paced environment and able to work in cross functional teams.
