Job Summary:

• Basic up to $3400
• Location: Benoi
• Mon-Fri, 7:30 am – 5 pm, Alt Sat 7:30 am – 12 pm

Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Project Team with daily administrative duties to ensure smooth project operations and support team efficiency.
2. Ensure all documentation adheres to ISO standards to maintain quality and compliance.
3. Keep precise records of staff and worker attendance and manage site passes to facilitate timely access for everyone involved.
4. Coordinate with office personnel to arrange safety training and organize and schedule meetings to support project and staff needs.
