Job Descriptions

• Pre Project site evaluation of electrical product/meter location and perform range test
• Develops wiring diagrams, layout drawings, and as built drawings for system or equipment modifications or expansion and directs personnel performing installation and maintenance duties.
• Installation, testing and commissioning of repeaters or wireless devices
• Follow safe work procedures to remove/ Install electrical products/meter on site
• Conduct Testing and commissioning of installed electrical products
• Ensure Testing and Commissioning reports in proper order
• Preventive Maintenance (Thermoscan/ Eeprom Downloading/ Data/System Backup)
• Perform troubleshooting and perform appropriate corrective solutions for operational equipment where appropriate
• Soldering of electronics parts
• Internal wiring/ assembly of electrical products/meter
• Burning of firmware
• Testing of defective meters
• Project Coordination to ensure works being carry out as per schedule given by working with partners or contractors
• Manage enquiries, feedback and any other operational issues
• Carries out Site survey, Project management, documentation, testing, user training and commissioning
• To ensure timely completion of schedules and new projects start up through efficient coordination of all function groups both internal and external.

Requirements:

• Minimum ITE, NTC/ITC, NITEC in Electrical Engineering or any similar qualifications
• Ability to read and comprehend electrical drawings
• Knowledge of firmware is a plus
• Ability to multi-task and effectively manage concurrent initiatives
• Strong interest in electronics engineering and firmware
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic working environment.
• Applicant must be willing to work during weekend when required.
• Able to draw Autocad (Would be advantage)

Job Responsibilities:

• Pre-plan and prepare construction schedule, and coordinate activities.
• Follow up and report On-site and Off-site project management and progress.
• To prepare and submit progress reports as required by consultants and clients.
• Analyse project specifications, including civil/structural, architectural, and M&E drawings.
• Conduct thorough monitoring of construction work activities and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site reports.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment, ensuring adherence to standard rules and regulations.

• Prepare necessary submission for project. Example, RFI, MS, RA, SWP, shop drawings and supporting documents preparation.
• To prepare and keep records, summary related to project. Maintain Project documents control for ISO purpose.
• Organise the team to attend to emergency defects on Sundays and Public Holidays, and update the status of resolution in the client’s WhatsApp chat group. (Emergency Recovery Work)

Job Requirements:

• Only Singaporeans or candidates with full working right for Singapore are welcome.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering only.
• Minimum 2 to 4 years of work experience in infrastructural or marine construction industry. However open to fresh graduate to apply.
• Relevant project experiences in dredging, reclamation or near shore construction will be preferred.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and BCA regulations.
• Daily sea travel to island work site is mandatory.
• Working hour from 7am to 7pm from Monday to Saturday.
• Willing to work on Sunday or Public Holidays as per project requirement. (Emergency Recovery Work)
• May require to assist in variable projects.
• Own travel vehicle will be advantageous.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
