Project Engineer (Civil / A&A)

Working Days: 6 days work week

Working Timing: 8am-7pm

Office Location: Kranji
Working Location: Changi (Site)

Salary range: S$3000 - $5000

Responsibilities & Duties

• To resolve all technical and non-technical issues.
• To ensure the tracking and monitoring of items per contractual requirement.
• Responsible for submission and monitoring of technical drawings, method statements and proposals.
• To ensure construction meeting client & regulatory requirements.
• To carry out short-term planning to meet site progress.
• To co-ordinate, program and monitor site work, materials, plant & equipment.
• Carry out project objectives to align with company goals.
• Reduce material wastages on site and maximise usage of machineries/equipment.
• To control the allocated direct workforce effectively i.e. no. of direct workers and overtime etc.
• Follow approved construction method that is cost effective, productive & without compromising on Quality.
• Meet targeted progress of works so as to achieve the intended cash flow.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent (Recognized by PEB).
• Candidate with comparable qualification will be considered for Project Manager post.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct projects and ensure they are directed towards a common objective
• Engage and communicate with stakeholders to deliver project milestones and comply with strict deadlines

• Basic technical knowledge on ELV, Automation, Networking and Security Systems (CCTV, Card Access, Alarm System) will be an advantage
• Committed individual with great initiative and strong problem-solving skills

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and control project site and safety
• Verify project deliverable with site documents
• Report to Section Manager on site/safety deviation or issues on projects

Job Requirement

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and Supervise project work on various site

• Review M & E Drawings
• Follow up on drawing discrepancies
• Implement project planning, design, material requisition, cost control and documentation
• Ensure smooth progress of works on site and timely completion
• Liaise closely with clients, consultants, and suppliers on all project related matter

Requirements:

• ITE/Poly/Diploma/Degree in Electrical in any engineering field
• Prior experience in interior fit out works would be an added advantage
• Office proficient in (AutoCAD/Microsoft Office/Microsoft Project)
• Fluent in English, both written & spoken
• Independent, resourceful, pro-active and team player
• Possess good organization, planning and project management skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines

• Ensures compliance with project requirements and Health, Safety, and Environmental (HS&E) standards, while adhering to project budget and schedule.
• Collaborating with suppliers and vendors to ensure that equipment and materials are manufactured, tested, and delivered according to specified quality standards.
• Participate in the design of installation aids and other equipment necessary for offshore use or onshore preparations related to offshore activities.
• Travel on need basis is anticipated to India and/or Saudi Arabia.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in surf installation.
• Knowledge in diving or surfing operations.
