JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Acquire new business independently, forecast accurately and achieve strategic goals by leading customers through the entire business cycle.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new clients in addition to up-sell & cross-sell to assigned existing customers
• New business opportunities and product deployment for potential customers
• Ensuring guest and employee satisfaction, while maintaining market competitiveness and exceptional financial performance.
• Ensuring appropriate hiring, training, motivating, coaching, and developing of department’s team members.
• Ensure cleaning and maintenance of outlets, work areas, tableware, utensils and other materials and equipment used by restaurant, bar, room service and conference areas.
• Regular liaison with the Engineering Department ensuring that maintenance requests are completed quickly focusing on guest needs as a priority.
• Implement and recommend operation plans to improve work processes and service quality for the organisation
• Coordinate, direct and monitor the cleaning and housekeeping operations in the company’s portfolio
• Effective management of operations executives and site supervisors to ensure delivery of operations covering all required areas.
• Regular visits to company’s cleaning sites to monitor standards of cleanliness, to establish and implement work quality and meet the evolving needs of clients
• Plan and deliver schedules for more specific needs such as periodic cleaning timetable, utilising available manpower and equipment
• Takes on tasks and assignments as and when assigned by the management

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales with a preference for the industry as a business development consultant or equivalent
• Class 2/2A/3 driving license required. Vehicle cannot drive back home
• Able to work longer hours. Must work on weekends/PH. Strictly off on week days
• Field work required. Need to do cleaning works if lack of staff or someone is off / medical leave when required
• Good industry knowledge on commercial cleaning and disinfection
• Physically fit – the role requires walking, lifting, bending and other physical abilities
• Able to handle heavy equipment and machines
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Have the ability to work under pressure
• Good communication & organizational skills
• To ensure that all staff abide by the company’s or jobsite safety and health rules and regulations
• Possess good work attitude and ensure all tasks are performed efficiently in meeting Company’s objective.

· Understanding customer requirements.

· Able to implement business requirements into technical solutions.

· Design, model and develop document and process driven applications using BI products/technologies.

· Provide Training & Support to the customer

· Diploma holder / Graduate / Engineer / MCA

· Knowledge on BI Platforms is preferred

· Knowledge of SQL queries.

· Exposure to Qlikview / BI, experience into Qlik development will be added advantage

· Exposure to MIS reporting will be added advantage

· Necessary training shall be provided to the selected candidates

· 3- 4 years of adequate work experience in IT and Business Management and Consulting.

· Hands on experience in BI development using Qlik or Power BI

· Setting business requirements for BI tools – Qlik or Power BI

· Requirement gathering & translating business requirements into technical ones,

· Leading BI software development, deployment, and maintenance

· Report curation and data modelling

· Creating technical documentation for BI tools.

· Using warehouse data to generate reports to support business decision-making and business performance monitoring.

· Maintaining data analytics platforms

· Evaluating and improving existing BI systems.

· Conducting troubleshooting on BI models

· Generating and delivering quality reports to customers and performing quality assurance checks on reports.

· Must have experience in Qlik Nprinting, QMC, Qlik installation, migration & up gradation OR

· Must have experience in DAX, SSRS, SSAS, and SSIS
