The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination, development work of the entire Microsoft Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central solution to a variety of industries, execution, control, completion, and support of Dynamics 365 Business Central, ensuring consistency with the company strategy, commitments, and goals.

• Conduct GAP-FIT analysis.
• Study and prepare system development specifications and coordinate with the functional / application consultant.
• Hardware System installation and configuration
• Able to interact and manage clients at different levels during the implementation.
• Provide on-going support.
• Other tasks as deemed appropriate by the company.

Responsibilities:

- Participate in client meetings to gather business requirements and map to the solution capabilities

- Perform gap analysis from requirements gathered to solution proposed

- Complete design/configuration of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and key third-party products

- Produce project documentation such as: Functional Requirements Document, Customization Specifications, User Acceptance Test Scripts, and End User Training Documentation

- Build integrations to perform data conversion tasks and additional integrations based off requirements

- Participate in all tasks relating to feature testing, solution testing, and user acceptance testing

- Lead end user training for clients in a one on one, webinar and classroom style settings

- Provide application support for clients

- Assist with escalation support for help desk

- Support Senior Consultants and Business Central team lead

- Obtain and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications, as applicable

- Exemplify professional, clear, timely communication in all interactions

Qualifications:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree

- This is an entry level role which does not require professional experience

- Up to 3 years of experience with software consulting and implementation, specifically around Microsoft Dynamics NAV/ Dynamics 365 Business Central desirable

- Demonstrated proficiency with implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Dynamics 365 Business Central

- Unmatched client service skills

- Ability to understand business requirements and translate into system configuration and processes

- Excellent documentation and business writing skills

Job Summary:

Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of projects (WAP) including planning, research, assessments, demonstrations, designing, delivery, integration, testing, quality management, and documentation, to ensure successful implementation of projects and activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leads and coordinates the definition, development, and documentation of the solution’s business requirements, objectives, deliverables, and specifications on a project-by-project basis. This includes solution development project plans, including scoping, scheduling, implementation, and testing.
• Contributes and manages programming projects from requirements definition through implementation and support, including possible areas for improvement & enhancement/modification in existing programs, and subsequently develops these modifications.
• Proper documentation of the entire project and process (from the requirement gathering process to blueprint and phase sign-off)
• Collaborates with the team in conceptualizing and developing new bundles and solutions.

2. EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

• Graduate of any bachelor’s degree, preferably in Management, Information technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any IT-related courses.

3. PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE

• A minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience as a WAP Functional Consultant or similar role in a similar industry.
• Extensive knowledge of business processes, operational tasks or industry.
• Experience in Design thinking preferred.

• Gather, collate, and analyze user requirements from business and risk users and provide clear business specifications for system implementations.
• Analyse and perform impact analysis of requests and review system and functional designs are sound and adequate to address Market & Counterparty Risk Business needs.
• Devise comprehensive test plans (including test scenarios and test cases) to test system deliverables.
• Perform user acceptance testing, regression testing, simulation testing and live verification to ensure system deliverables meets the required objectives.
• Plan, schedule and adhere to enhancement timeliness to meet agreed deliverables.

Requirements

• Degree in Banking, Financial Engineering, Computer Science, or any other related quantitative discipline with about 3 or more years’ relevant experience in business analysis area
• Prior business analysis experience of working between technology and business users to specify business requirements for development of systems solutions.
• Understanding and experience in market risk or counterparty risk
• Good to have prior experience in implementing market or counterparty system or innovative digital solutions within Risk Management Group
• Proficient in SQL and Excel
