Our client is Singapore based architecture, interior design, and planning consultancy company with a focus on creating human centric for healthcare, research laboratories, eldercare and workplace environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead specific healthcare project(s), ensuring smooth execution and coordination.
• Attend and chair meetings with clients, contractors, and design teams.
• Manage and negotiate contracts with clients, subconsultants, and contractors.
• Handle change requests from clients, subconsultants, and contractors.
• Supervise all architectural teams involved in the project and ensure proper coordination across all disciplines (e.g., architectural, structural, M&E, medical planning, interior design, and landscaping).
• Oversee the review of shop drawings, RFIs, material samples, and method statements.
• Collaborate with the design team to address design and coordination matters.
• Monitor on-site work progress and resolve any arising issues.
• Establish site office operational requirements with the contractor.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution and registered with the Board of Architects, Singapore.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in the field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of architectural details, working drawings, and construction practices.
• Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Team-oriented with the ability to work effectively with both design and site teams.

Job Description:

• Understand business processes, identify business requirements and translate into functional specifications

• Responsible for tracking and reporting of project progress, issues and risks to ensure deliverables are on track

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years business analysis experience in delivering and supporting mid-large scale IT applications
• Experience in managing customized or bespoke application
• Basic knowledge of SQL and writing SQL queries is a plus
• Knowledge of Agile methodology
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education

A tertiary qualification in project management or business is usually required.

If your first degree is unrelated, a Masters degree may be beneficial, especially if it's accredited by the Chartered Association for Project Management (APM).

Experience

At least two years of relevant experience is usually required.

Hands-on experience can be as valuable as formal qualifications.

Project management experience

A proven track record of successful project management, and at least five years of experience in project management

Data analysis

The ability to analyze data to increase productivity and improve your team's work

Stakeholder management

Responsibilities:

• Conducting research on client background and key risks, including the applicable MAS regulations for financial institutions
• Assisting the scope of review, propose tailored audit work program and time schedules
• Coordinating kick off meetings and other planning activities
• Assisting in interviews/workshops with key stakeholders/senior management and testing of complex areas
• Assisting and preparing written reports, organising closing meetings, wrapping up audit work files, and supporting in the closure of the engagement
• Supporting the building and maintaining of relationships with clients and assisting with business development

Qualifications and requirements:

• Recognised Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or other related fields.
• Fresh graduate or at least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in a risk and control and compliance position in a big public accounting firm or a commercial environment. Individuals with a background in external audits may also apply.
• Professional qualification (CPA, CA, CIA) is highly preferred but not a pre-requisite
• Technical knowledge of relevant business risk areas. Familiarity with the Financial Services industry will have an advantage.
• Ability to prioritise and work independently and as a team player
• Strong sense of accountability, good time management and project management skills
• Effective report writing skills, proficiency with MS Office, strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Candidates with data analytics skills will have an advantage.
