Project Manager (CCTV)

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan and drive large scale project that focus on CCTV installation and video analytics islandwide
• Ensure assigned projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Upfront planning to ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop detailed project plan to monitor, implement and track progress
• Manage changes to the CCTV Project Scope, Project Schedule, and Project Costs.
• Manage relationship with customers and relevant stakeholders
• Develop spreadsheets and PowerPoint to document needs and update

Requirements

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
• Knowledge of Singapore Government procurement and governance processes will be an added advantage
• Proven experiences (at least 5 years) in handling large scale projects in ICIT environment and preferably in CCTV/ Video analytics related project
• Deep understanding in Agile development for software products
• Experience with project management software tools
• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Strong in handling CCTV Projects.
• Excellent client-facing and internal/external communication skills
• Proficient in planning, managing, delegating, and coaching
• Working location is in Jurong East

Your key responsibilities

The team manages engagements with the support of Financial Services and Consulting resources across all aspects of design, analysis and delivery of Financial Services solutions. To qualify for the role you must have

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry, having worked with Life/Health/Shield Insurance firms
• Academic background in Engineering, IT, Business, Economics, Finance or Accounting
• Consulting skills, functional and technical knowledge of core insurance systems or platforms are an added bonus
• Track record dealing with senior stakeholders and adapting to demanding environments

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Experience in requirements gathering and managing delivery of life/health/shield insurance systems and integrations
• Experience in agile delivery methodologies, e.g. sprints, product backlogs, user stories
• Knowledge of statutory and regulatory aspects of Insurance industry

Job Scope:

· Collect and collate data from APAC countries and Regions; consolidate Sales forecasts for the Area ensuring reasonableness on absolute, performance basis and trend in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner.

· Check and review submission from countries to ensure completeness and prepare presentation slides and analytics.

· Support the implementation of regional Sales Forecast system project.

· Support other regional Adhoc projects

Requirements:

· Bachelor's Degree in Business/ Engineering

· Minimum 3 years of experience in a dynamic, impact-focused, and results-oriented working environment

· Meticulous with keen eye to details, analytical, self-starter and self-motivated team player with strong ownership of work and deadlines; proactive in finding better ways to get things done.

· Ability to be independent and strive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

· Analytical and problem-solving skills; experience in Power BI and SAP is good to have

· Good communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders

Additional Information:

· Salary – Up to S$6K + 1 month completion bonus

· Contract duration: 12-month contract, renewable/convertible to perm
