Duties & Key Responsibilities

1.Project Planning

• Understanding Project deliverables and requirements.
• Evaluate, organize and prioritize workload within schedule.
• Communication with project owner team for coordination.
• Preparing all documentation and drawings according to specifications for submission to client.
• Identify Engineering problems and ensure solutions are implemented.
• Utilize Project Management Tools for implementation.
• Knowledge of QEHS Policy.

2. Project Implementation

• Attend meetings.
• Site coordination with 3rd parties on site.
• Monitor and controls the distribution of all project documents & records.
• Maintain all detailed records of all dates, drawing, documents and correspondence related to projects.
• Ensure scheduling remains on track.
• Monitor and update site installation work progress.
• Coordinate on technical, quality and application matters with Product management and factory testing.
• Tracking equipment delivery schedule.

3. Testing & Commissioning

• Arrange and coordinate schedule for Internal Engineering Vendors.
• Preparing and coordination for site testing and commissioning with Owners.
• Perform project closing with hand over.

Description:

• Salary Package : $2500 and above
• Full-time position
• Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm; Sat 9 to 1pm
• Main Office is at Oxley Bizhub 2. Site location: Subjected to Project postings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create project plans, schedules, budgets and monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
• Manages all aspects of the project/construction execution.
• Attend Job Site meeting, SIC meeting.
• Prepare timely project progress reports on time, cost, and quality and timely communication with clients.
• Manage and liaise with sub-contractors and consultants and project manager.
• Analyse project specifications and M&E drawings.
• Conduct Risk Assessment for projects.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment, ensuring adherence to standard rules and regulations.
• Perform administrative duties assigned, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

• Candidates must be Self-Motivated.
• Diploma in Engineering, Construction and Building management, quantity surveying, project management or related fields.
• Must have at least 1 year of experience in Refrigeration system.
• Singaporean/ Permanent Resident (PR)/ Malaysian
• Proficient in AutoCAD (2D), P&ID and Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented and skilled in interpreting construction drawings.
• Able to manage drawing submissions and work independently across job sites.
• Transport travel to job sites (allowance provided)
• Willing to be hands-on and highly adaptable to working at various jobsites.
• Available to start on short notice.

Responsibilities :

• Optimizing our inventory levels, reducing costs, and ensuring the timely availability of materials for our operations.
• Monitor usage trend and plan purchases
• Efficiently place orders for materials, track deliveries.
• Monitor and manage costs associated with materials and supplies, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Raise and monitor Purchase Requisition for planned and unplanned purchases.
• Analyze data related to materials usage, inventory turnover, and supplier performance to make informed decisions.
• Manage lead times for materials to minimize production delays and disruptions.
• Collaborate with various departments, such as production, logistics, and procurement, to coordinate material requirements.
• Assist with any ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by supervisor.

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in MS Office, SAP MM is advantageous
• Relevant experiences will be advantage
