Job Responsibilities

• Sales and target driven, meet and exceed sales target. Preferably a hunter and hungry for new business successes, generating new business and expanding footprint for new customer.
• Explore and identify key account in Asia Pacific
• Accelerate customer adoption and customer satisfaction, manage contract negotiations and develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
• Meet assigned sales and revenue targets and strategic objectives.
• Coordinate internal resources including: sales, solution, service and manage resources to meet performance objectives and requirements.
• Develop long-term strategic relationships with partners, work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption.
• Lead localized solution development efforts that best addresses customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of partners.

Position Requirements

Business Skills Requirements:

• At least 1 years public cloud business development or technical sales experience in developing ICT technologies, cloud native solution
• Great communication skills, team spirit, and a can-do attitude.

Professional Knowledge Requirement:

• Knowledge of identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale IT and public cloud technology deals.
• Knowledge of positioning and selling cloud and big data technology in new customers and new market segments.

• At least 4 years of relevant experience in SAP Project Management, Business Governance, and Leadership.
• Conducts all project management tasks to ensure schedule, cost, and quality goals are achieved.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP Logistics or Supply Chain Management processes
• Provide leadership to cross-functional teams responsible for delivering defined project objectives to time, budget and project quality criteria.
• Design and apply appropriate project management standards & project plans for the delivery of SAP projects.
• Foster collaboration and communication across project team and more widely into the SAP Programme to support the successful delivery of the overall programme.
• Lead contingency planning activities and management of critical path activities.
• Manage project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies and escalation to the SAP Programme Management.
• Management of on time, on budget and high-quality delivery programmes and resolution of associated schedule conflicts
• Managing stakeholders, taking account of their levels of influence and particular interests.
