Within the broader scope of project management, a project coordinator organizes and manages the various parts of a project to ensure its success. This includes assigning and monitoring daily tasks and communication, as well as creating reports and updates for the project manager and other members of management.

Project coordinator responsibilities

• Monitoring the daily progress of projects.
• Providing detailed updates to project managers or other stakeholders.
• Ensuring team members have the supplies and resources they need to complete their assigned tasks on time and within their budget limits.

Job scope:-

• Responsible for the day-to-day administration and operational support to

the management.

• Track and prepare reports on the outputs of the different teams and

progress of the indicators.

• Assist in other data entries work, administrative matters.

• Prepare weekly management report and take minutes.

• Maintain data as part of good record keeping purposes.

• Perform any other ad-hoc office and admin duties as assigned by the

Management from time to time.

Job requirements:-

• At least Diploma or above.

• No experience required. Internal-training will be provided.

• Candidate must have basic command of English to communicate with

internal team members.

• Candidate must be computer literate.

• Candidate must possess good time management skills.

• Prefer candidate who have positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Able to start work immediately or within short notice is advantageous.

• Working hours is Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm).

• Office is opposite Farrer Park MRT station.
