Roles & Responsibilities:
Communication
- Work with communication team members locally and globally for implement of communications strategies and campaigns.
- Ensure all communications and material aligns with standards.
- Event Management including Brownbag session, New Joiner Program, Townhall, etc
- Monthly IT Achievement Report for Local COO & Global IT.
Business Management
- Support end-to-end invoice processing related to Run-the-Bank and Change-the-Bank and ensure compliance with IT financial governance process and accounting policies.
- Oversee month-end time booking process and work with various IT functions to ensure timely, accurate and complete time bookings.
- Provide support to various ad-hoc BMO activities as necessary.
IT Resource Management
- Support onboarding and offboarding of IT resources from end to end on a timely manner.
- Ensure all onboarding documents are in place.
- Work closely with HR department to ensure seamless resources boarding process.
- Manage Call tree application and support call tree tress exercise.
- Support request on hotdesking app and locker management in a Hybrid working environment.
Regulatory Responsibilities &/OR Risk Management:
- Demonstration of appropriate values and behaviours including but not limited to standards on honesty and integrity, due care and diligence, fair dealing (treating customers fairly), management of conflicts of interest, competence and continuous development, adequate risk management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations

- Influencing skills, able to drive and engage with management and employees of all levels.
- Team player and independent worker
Professional and Technical
- More than 5 years of experience in Communication & Business Management function preferably in banking sector
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words, PPT
- Knowledge of Sharepoint, Confluence, Wiki and JIRA is an advantage.
