Job Description:

• Main role to perform maintenance and repair on buses
• Carry out component repair when needed
• Diagnose malfunctions in defective parts by using diagnostic tool to determine the problems from various parts of the buses, including but not limited to, to ensure that they are in proper and safe working condition to operate effectively

- Brake and drive systems

- Battery system

- Pneumatic system

- Air-con system

• Must ensure high standard of workmanship and minimize turnaround time for repairs and inspections to meet workshop’s service standards and according to job order.
• Adhere to defined guidelines in regard to safety, orderliness and etc.

Job Requirements:

• Applicants with NITEC in Automotive Technology (Heavy Vehicles)
• Higher Nitec or Nitec in Automotive Technology, Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years relevant experience in a similar industry
• Candidates must be sound in basic automotive skillset.
• Have knowledge of handling diagnostic tools, interpret and solve fault codes.
• Preferably with Class 4 Driving License
• Team Player
• Details oriented
• Able to work in fast-paced working environment
• Salary commensurate with experience

Job Requirement

1. 1 – 2 years’ experience or knowledge in the Project Site of chemical industry.

2. Possess a Diploma or equivalent

3. Microsoft office skills

Job Responsibilities

1. Monitor project activities

2. Report to Section manager/Department Manager

3. Maintain and control project site and safety

4. Verify project deliverable with site documents

5. Report to Section Manager on site/safety deviation or issues on projects

6. Attend/Conduct tool box meeting

7. Report & Assist Section manager/Engineer in project deliverables

8. Participate in department EHS activities

9. Assist maintenance activities

10. Prepare PR and update the cost summary as required

11. Maintain project document filling and organize documents
