Responsibilities

Project Management:

• Responsible for managing and executing a small scale projects for existing and established clients. This includes but not limited to spare parts supply, technical discussions, conceptual studies, FEED engineering and development of small-scale maintenance projects.

After Sales:

Project Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Manage the document review process, including collating comments from all reviewing parties and ensuring proper follow-up to the review comments
• Manage and coordinate the the design, installation, testing and commissioning activity, including coordination with all stakeholders (contractors, site owners, end users)
• Liaise with the contractors and stakeholders to monitor and update the programme and work schedule;
• Provide the assistance to the project team in terms of project delivery; Prepare project summary reports for progress reporting
• Manage the administrative activities of the project, including coordinating meetings, preparing meeting records, preparing the presentation material and drafting letters for issuance

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related discipline with relevant project management experience in Rail Electrical & Mechanical system
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Able to collaborate and work in a team
• Able to cope with flexible working hours; Highly motivated, pro-active and able to work independently
• Be expected to perform night works during engineering hours

Responsibilities

• Oversee that all work is performed in accordance with approved manuals and procedures.

Perform IT Project Evaluation, Design, and Network Drawings:
