Cityline Signcrafts Pte Ltd is a homegrown signage company, established in 1997. We are a team of signage professionals dedicated to turning signage dreams across Singapore into reality.

We take pride in doing the full spectrum of signage works in-house, where fabrication is completed within our own workshops (approx. 6,000 sq ft total), and installation is conducted by an internal installation and delivery fleet.

From commercial, residential, hospitality, and institutional to industrial, we manufacture signs for all categories.

Key Responsibilities

· Accountable for the preparation and completion of all as-built, tender and shop drawings from first drafts, subsequent revisions to final approval for production

· Liaise with architects, consultants and main contractors to ensure that all design intentions are met (advisory on material, colours and textures etc. to clients)

· Collaborate with architects, consultants, and site contractors to ensure integration of signage design with overall project design

· Review and analyze project specifications, drawings and technical documents given by clients

· Attend weekly meetings/site meetings with consultants and the main-contractor to discuss design intent and mock-up review

· Ensure compliance with Singapore’s regulatory requirements and industry standards in all design work

· Build rapport and monitor production work closely with main contractors and internal fabrication team to ensure quality and smooth deliveries

· Ability to identify potential discrepancies that affect the design and recommend solutions to relevant team/department in a timely manner

· Supervise work progress on site, and liaise closely with consultants, and contractors whenever needed

· Quality orientated, monitoring and checking work to meet quality standards; an eye for details ensuring accuracy and completeness; demonstrates a high level of care and thoroughness

· Good knowledge in Singapore’s building construction works, Conditions of Contract, Forms of Contract, construction laws and requirements

Requirements

· At least 3 years of experience as a designer or a project coordinator role in the construction industry

· Well-versed in design software such as Flexi, Photoshop, Illustrator and AutoCAD

· Strong ability to read and interpret architectural / construction drawings

· Able to work under pressure and with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines

· Strong project management skills and hands-on experience in fabrication are a bonus

- Working hours: 5-day work week, optional to work on Saturday

Job Description:

• Understand the design & concept of ID drawings.
• Client liaising and communication.
• Meet and understand the client’s objectives and prepare design proposal for the client.
• To provide presentations to clients on the design proposal.
• To attend client’s briefing and perform site survey/measurement.
• Work closely with the project team and client during the content construction / designing phase.
• Assist in the handover of completed projects to the project owner and/or operations team.

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years working experience in relevant field.
• Creative and imaginative
• Able to work independent, self motivated and team work.
• Able to work under tight deadline.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist for the end to end outlet renovation projects and its maintenance duties.
• Project duties including but not limited to on outlet design, site coordination, source for quotations, develop a schedule for project completions, involve in licensing applications, liaise and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders such as contractors/ vendors/workers, mall management and suppliers.
• Design outlet layout and floor planning using 3D Max and Autocad.
• Monitor the schedule regularly and ensure completion of projects in time.
• Support the team for existing projects.
• Handle regular maintenance, ad-hoc repair, and renewal of outlet equipment (E.g. fire extinguisher, air-conditioning) promptly, to ensure smooth operations.
• Liaise and coordinate with operations employees and external contractors/vendors for repair and maintenance works.
• Attend to urgent ad-hoc facilities matters as and when required
• Develop and update renovation projects reports, repair and maintenance costing reports.
• Handle administrative duties that is related to project team and maintenance work (eg, assets management, claim invoice through internal ERP system, filing and etc).
• Assist in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture or relevant field.
• Proficient in 3D Max and Auto Cad.
• Experience in renovation works and project management would have an added advantage.
• Highly motivated and able to work independently, resourceful.
• Cooperative and helpful with other team members.
• A good team player with good inter-personal and communication skill.
• Able to handle various projects simultaneously.
• Graduate with design proficiency are welcome to apply.
