About Cityline Signcrafts
Cityline Signcrafts Pte Ltd is a homegrown signage company, established in 1997. We are a team of signage professionals dedicated to turning signage dreams across Singapore into reality.
We take pride in doing the full spectrum of signage works in-house, where fabrication is completed within our own workshops (approx. 6,000 sq ft total), and installation is conducted by an internal installation and delivery fleet.
From commercial, residential, hospitality, and institutional to industrial, we manufacture signs for all categories.

Key Responsibilities
· Accountable for the preparation and completion of all as-built, tender and shop drawings from first drafts, subsequent revisions to final approval for production
· Liaise with architects, consultants and main contractors to ensure that all design intentions are met (advisory on material, colours and textures etc. to clients)
· Collaborate with architects, consultants, and site contractors to ensure integration of signage design with overall project design
· Review and analyze project specifications, drawings and technical documents given by clients
· Attend weekly meetings/site meetings with consultants and the main-contractor to discuss design intent and mock-up review
· Ensure compliance with Singapore’s regulatory requirements and industry standards in all design work
· Build rapport and monitor production work closely with main contractors and internal fabrication team to ensure quality and smooth deliveries
· Ability to identify potential discrepancies that affect the design and recommend solutions to relevant team/department in a timely manner
· Supervise work progress on site, and liaise closely with consultants, and contractors whenever needed

· Good knowledge in Singapore’s building construction works, Conditions of Contract, Forms of Contract, construction laws and requirements
Requirements
· At least 3 years of experience as a designer or a project coordinator role in the construction industry
· Well-versed in design software such as Flexi, Photoshop, Illustrator and AutoCAD
· Strong ability to read and interpret architectural / construction drawings
· Able to work under pressure and with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines
· Strong project management skills and hands-on experience in fabrication are a bonus
