• Lead in the delivery of quality web projects within costs and schedule
• Fully accountable for the quality, on-time & customer satisfaction of delivery projects
• Manage and plan the resources needed from user requirement, development of functional specification, testing and user training
• Work with the technical team (web designers, web developers, SEO specialist & managers) and sales teams to ensure that the requirement gathered is realistic and implementable
• Provide project reporting to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Handles clients' enquiries and problem solving.

Job Requirements:

• Knowledgeable in Content Management System (CMS) such as WordPress, Joomla, Magento or other CMS will be a plus
• Resourceful in getting things done in the most efficient manner
• Has prior project management experience in developing of websites
• Building relationships with customers and vendors and working cross- functionally within a regional team
• Enjoy working with people across various environments, in particular a customer-facing, commercial environment

Job Description:

• Work with internal/external stakeholders to determine the website's desired appearance and functionalities.
• Leading the website development team which comprises Web Developers, Web Designers and Interns.
• Work closely with the Design team to ensure user-friendliness and ensuring a visually appealing interface
• Ensure that all projects are on-page SEO enabled
• Integrating/working with developers for the website’s images, embedding videos, and adding plugins.
• Troubleshooting and testing prototypes, as well as monitoring the live deployment of the product. Keeping to timeline is important.
• Providing mentorship to junior developers and facilitating suitable interventions to deliver the project on time and within budget.
• Documenting website development processes and procedures.
• Preparing project progress updates for Clients/Management Team
• Performing website demonstrations / coming up with training video files.
• Keeping abreast of developments and trends in website design.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science with coursework in graphic design, web development, or similar.
• A minimum of 3 years experience in web project management.
• Extensive knowledge of advancements and trends in web design.
• Advance proficiency in programming languages, such as HTML/CSS, and/or PHP is a plus.
• Ability to contribute creativity and bring innovation to web projects.
• Leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
