Co-Development Business Unit is looking for Business Analyst cum Developer

What will you do?
- Assist in the engagement with various stakeholders to identify the requirements and business objectives for the product.
- Assist in the work with developers to ensure swift time-to-market delivery and optimal resource utilisation.
- Assist in the work with the app architect and developers to harmonise the data structure to ensure usability and consistency of data fields across various applications
- Assist in the translation of the user requirements into detailed requirements and prototypes for the product development.
- Assist in the prioritisation activities based on business and customer impact with the product owner.
- Assist to conduct product evaluation exercises to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy.
- Assist in driving product launches, collaborating with diverse stakeholders and other members of the product management team.
- Support the execution and follow-through of the Change Management Plan.
- Assist to conduct feedback gathering exercises from end users on the grounds for the developed products and services.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in Enterprise Architecture, with expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Modern Workplace
- Demonstrates exceptional articulation and presentation skills, consistently achieves set targets.
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamic 365
- Strong in articulation and presentation skills
