This position is responsible for Managing a joint Capital Investment and Technology development Project to establish a Technology Translation Centre (Low-Carbon Technology Translational Testbed, LCT3) on Jurong Island. • Experienced IT Business Analyst (>10 years) with a strong track record of IT project delivery for Financial Accounting.
• Requirement Gathering: Hands on experience writing business requirements in the form of user stories, ability to transform functional requirements from Finance stakeholders to technical solutions for developers to work on.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures that the projects he is assigned to are completed in a timely and economical manner in keeping with the Company’s business objectives.
• Assists deputy/project service manager on vendors, subcontracting, construction, engineering and commissioning matters pertaining to the project, not limited to the mentioned areas
• Acts as deputy to Project Service Manager during his/her absence

• Possess working experience related to testing and calibration of FPSO/ FLNG instrument, DCS/ ICSS system knowledge and networking
• Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, with ability to handle complex projects and lead multi-discipline team
• Familiar with all the Vessel class regulation and codes

ROLE

1. The primary responsibility for the role is to initiate contact with potential and existing customers to generate and qualify sales leads, promote the company’s entire suite of services and “products / supply chain solutions“ and identify sales opportunities.
