Job Scope:

· Liaise with faculty members and other departments to support students in credit-bearing internships and professional exposure programmes

· To assist the Project Manager in implementing the project

Job Scope:

• Provide event and operational planning, management and support for the projects, initiatives and programmes

by the Language Council

• Provide logistics, production and implementation planning, event management (online, physical or

hybrid/blended), operational management for the campaign’s initiatives, including online and offline events,

competitions, press conferences or queries, pre- and post- event publicity and event execution and wrap-up and

assessment.

• Provide secretariat support (eg: preparing arranging and coordination of councils’ meetings, preparation of

meeting materials, taking minutes, etc)

• Maintain, manage and update the Campaign’s website and social media platforms

• Coordinate and liaise with Language Council

• Assist with other duties as assigned by the Language Councils Secretariat
