Liaising & Managing with Client, Vendor and Subcontractor
· Work with Client, vendor and subcontractor to oversee overall operational matters such as logistic control, project planning, systems and controls, project achievements including documentation.
· To build up with Client, vendor and subcontractor a significant role in long-term planning, including and initiative geared toward operational excellence.
· To track and monitor project scope, & project schedule timeline base on effective cost control, safe and quality works.
· Tracking or monitoring of whole project to avoid affecting extra/unnecessary project costing.
· Preparation & endorsement of complete project documentation such as (work report, timesheet, acceptance report, etc.)
· Prepare project file for project execution, including obtaining project timeline from Operations.
Report to Management Team
· Regular meeting & collaborate management team to improve the company goal & operational articles.
· To generate or validating/ verification of project materials, project scope, project schedule base on effective cost control, safety and quality works.
· To receive contractor orders from Commercial.
· Submission of complete project documentation to Commercial.
Knowledge, Sharing, Learning & Development
· Understand the business operations and industry movement
· Enhance own development by taking responsibility for staying informed and up to date with industry knowledge
· Work together with the Business Development team to develop new business proposals
· Work closely with colleagues in Standard Offshore to identify common new business prospects and share findings
· Contribute to the learning environment by identifying areas where there is potential for learning and building knowledge with others
Professional Requirements
· Ability to interact with Clients (Superintendent, PICs, Etc.)
· Ability to interact with vendor/ subcontractor.
