Requirements:

This role sits within the Technology, Strategy & Transformation team of Deloitte Southeast Asia, which aims to design, implement, and deliver technology strategy and transformation engagements for banks in the region, covering Retail Banking, SME banking, Corporate/Commercial Banking.

You will work alongside our clients to help them to build and transform their IT function, with reference to the following areas:

• IT Strategy Development: Assist clients in developing a technology strategy and roadmap that aligns with and supports their key business priorities, unlocking business value.
• IT Operating Model: Support senior IT leadership or business sponsor in developing an IT Operating Model, outlining the strategic aims of the organization, defining the various components of the IT function (e.g. roles, governance, processes, controls, and tools).

If you are someone with:

• Native or advanced business level of Japanese speaking skills.
• Tertiary qualification in a technology or business discipline with a well ranked institution.

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing essential processes and content marketing programs that will help protect the openness of the platform and strengthen the brand's reputation in the region. In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with teams spanning Marketing, PR, and Policy to maintain APAC’s project roadmap, oversee localization timelines, manage marketing’s external claims process, and execute the region’s go-to-market strategies.
