Job Description

Case Management and Export Process Optimization:

• Act as a dedicated case manager for the export process from APBS and other sourcing breweries, overseeing and optimizing all aspects to ensure efficiency

Liaison Between APBS, Sourcing Breweries, Import Market/Distributor, and Sourcing Entity:

• Foster effective communication and collaboration on sourcing matters between APBS, other sourcing breweries, the import market or distributor

Demand Planning & Statistical Forecast:

• Application of demand planning tools and data (e.g. statistical forecasting techniques and models, sales data and trends, stocks levels) to generate demand plans to the agreed level of detail in a timely manner to facilitate supply and production planning for domestic and export orders
• Meet all sales forecast requirements and ensure achievement of sales volume committed by Commerce Team
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing on product allocation and prioritization in case of product shortage

• Manage slow moving and obsolete stocks including write-offs and recharge where appropriate, to internal departments or export customers accordingly

Supply Commitments and Capacity Planning:

• Translate demand plans into supply commitments with different sourcing breweries, with a focus on APBS, strategically during market onboarding or annual strategic processes and ongoing operationally.
• Work closely with sourcing breweries, with a focus on APBS, to ensure optimal capacity planning and evaluate case fill rates.

Customer-Centric Mindset and NPS Management:

• Adopt a customer-centric mindset and implement Net Promoter Score (NPS) methodology in managing relationships with distributors and internal clients.

Management Information & Monitoring Forecast Performance:

• Assist, initiate and support Planning communication throughout whole organization
• Assist in monitoring supply chain KPIs and prepare performance reports for management review

TPM & Continuous Improvement:

Requirements

2) Follow one or two novelties project (launch of a new product):

• Ensure the inventory deployment according to markets demand and logistics set up
• Coordinate the replenishment flow with central supply management, local distribution planning, demand planning and customer service teams
• Give visibility of availability of the products by channel according to the short- and medium-term priorities
• Control the availability of products, identify and report the shortages / stocks excess risks
• Raise alerts and propose arbitration to management.

To be able to coordinate the schedule, budget, issues, and risks of the project. Ensure the project management framework is well- organized and run smoothly. This includes communicating  with team members  to make sure everyone is on the same page. 

Job Responsibilities:

•   Effectively performs the day-to-day coordination of activities within the project team members and ensure that all tasks are complete as planned.

•   Attends all project related meetings to capture RAID (Risk, Actions, Issues and Decisions) items and prepare minutes of meetings.

•   Takes responsibility for ensuring that the RAID Log is constantly updated.

•   Reviews the RAID Log with Project Manager to ensure proper management of all outstanding items.

•   Monitoring project progress and creating project status reports for project managers. 

•   Ensures that the Change Request Log is constantly updated and discussed with the Project Manager to properly manage exceptions against approved project scope, timelines and budget.

•   Assists the Project Manager in managing the project portal to ensure all project assets are uploaded in the portal.

•   Assists the Project Manager in preparing presentation decks for meetings (e.g. Steering Committee Meetings, Stream Leads Meeting, etc.).

•   Prepares / assists the Project Manager in creating and maintaining the project timeline in Microsoft Project.

•   Reviews timesheets for proper project charging and submits to Project Manager for review and approval.

•   Prepares schedules of what needs to be completed by what date, as well as of team meetings and coordinating the same with other members.

•   Compiles and maintains interim project reports and minutes of meetings.

•   Communicates relevant information to all team members, such as change in schedule dates, changes in the project's requirements, unexpected hitches etc.

•   Performs other On-site work assignments and other duties as required.

•   Consults with experts in specialist functional and technical areas; translate specialist knowledge on specialist areas of translation. This would require conducting meetings/interviews and capturing the intent of the document.

Team Summary

The Products and Solutions function is responsible for product management, product strategy, providing the thought leadership and long-term design for the development and growth of Visa’s products across the Asia Pacific (AP) region. The Product Development and Commercialisation is a horizontal service group, within Regional Product team that has end-to-end responsibility for building and delivering new capabilities aligned with the AP Product Roadmap.

What a Director – Deployment Strategy will do:

The Director will be a member of the leadership team reporting to the AP Regional Head of Product Development and Commercialisation and will lead and own strategy initiatives. The incumbent will lead end to end strategy as well as the deployment and development efforts of the regional muti year plans.

Essentially, the individual will:

• Work with and support Product verticals and markets and owns the development of strategies with alignment of the regional and global priorities.
• Front regional business planning and develop proposals to address product roadmap development needs
• Monitor competitive developments across the region as well as globally, and be involved in the development of timely responses to emerging trends and opportunities across AP.
• A typical effort may entail working closely with senior stakeholders to understand and logically structure the problem, develop hypothesis, work with cross-functional teams to validate the hypothesis, develop strategy to address the problem, and develop recommendations and execution plan to present to the regional leadership.
• Lead end-to-end strategy efforts with a small team of analysts. The strategy efforts can range from developing focused product strategies in responding to developing market trends to developing multi-year plans for the region, addressing emerging competitive and economic model issues, managing commercial response to regulatory changes, developing cross-product programs, and supporting strategic investment assessments.
• Collaborate and work across markets, cultures and teams within Visa as well as client organizations.
