KEY ACTIVITIES

The Project Manager will help identify the right features to maximize business value for the Warehouse department and other stakeholders. You will also anticipate usage evolutions, maintain a close relationship with stakeholders. Some of your main responsibilities are as follows:

Project/Product Delivery

• Lead planning and implementation of projects. May participate in the design and/ or testing phases
• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
• Manage project budget and resource allocation
• Provide direction and support to project team
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
• Manage certification of product
• Identify existing and potential Business stakeholders and ensures Business Mobilization on projects impacting Warehouse function.
• Contribute to the scoping exercise by collecting requirements, proposing best on-market / technology trends and assessing impacts on Warehouse applications and their roadmap.
• Challenges requirements to make sure the validated priorities will maximize the value for Warehouse function and are following the product roadmap.
• Drive the definition and scoring of value case with the expected benefits for projects affecting Warehouse function
• Collaborate with necessary Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders (Product Line Managers, Product Managers, Architects, Change Lead, QC Lead, Designers, Data Scientists …) to provide ranged estimate, assess feasibility - timeline - complexity - level of confidence - risk - resource needs for the identified scenarios
• Lead use case definition and solution scenario definition and selection
• Support project product teams during the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to retrospectives and demos on Warehouse Applications
• Contribute to change management activities, from innovation phases till deployment to Production, including handover to operations and Support team

The key missions will be:

• Contributes to product backlog creation, organization and prioritization and mapping out the dependencies with ongoing or future projects
• Ensure consistency between different applications for the Warehouse user groups
• Search for valuable product evolutions, through animation of Product user group Network or interaction with Architects, or proactive explorations based on users understanding and market / technology trends.
• Encourage product designers to search for improvement ideas
• Define, Measure and Share Product benefits & adoption indicators to contribute to change management
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of applications and products in Warehouse
• Encourage product designers to search for improvement ideas
• Is Accountable for Warehouse application documentation (creation and maintenance)
• Contribute to Communities of Practices around product management

Requirements

• Degree level in IT, Business Studies, or Finance etc, or equivalent with 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of project/product management & methodologies Agile certifications and experience
• 5 years or more experience in SAP LE, SAP WM & SAP MM
• Results-driven and have participated in a significant/large-scale program within an organization and has delivered real change in relation to the employee community

Project Engineer

Key Requirements

• · Installation of RF cables, power cables, data cables, racks, and charger systems.
• · Preparation, scheduling, coordination, and monitoring of site activities.
• · Establishment of daily and monthly schedules for project milestones.

• Liaise with external customers and internal team members to fulfill customer requirements, respond to customer feedback, implement corrective actions and monitor progress/improvement of selected job orders

• Assist management to track, monitor and assess trucking, yard and depot performance/utilisation and execution of job orders as given by customers

Principal Accountabilities

• Teach on short courses and academic programmes ranging from Undergraduate to Postgraduate level.
• Undertake the role as a Programme Leader and Module Leader across the various programmes as assigned.

Teaching & Learning·

• Take on the role as the Programme Leader and Module Leader as assigned.
• Manage the team of associate lecturers including lecture induction, class observations, and conduct staff development seminars.
• Design and develop high quality curriculum and course materials within the existing academic framework.
• Review and ensure all coursework and exam assessments meet the intended learning outcomes of each module according to the course and module specification.
• Administer the setting and marking of coursework and examination, conduct internal moderation of all coursework with marking guides and QPMS examination in alignment with the course and module specification.
• Facilitate the internal moderation of all coursework and examination results in alignment with the course and module specification before presentation to the end of term for Module/Subject Assessment Board and Program Assessment Board.
• Facilitate university site visits, the university audits and program reviews.
• Conduct objective assessments on coursework and examination appeal cases.
• Supervise Undergraduate and Postgraduate Final Year Projects/Dissertation/Research Work and facilitate the classes/workshops as assigned.

• Review and approve teaching assignments as proposed by programme executives.

Miscellaneous duties

• Other administrative duties/projects as assigned by Reporting Officer.

Requirements

• PHD Holder (At least a pass at GCE ‘O’ level or its equivalent in the language medium of the programme/module.)
• 3-4 years of experience with teaching experience preferred.
• Experience or knowledge of module and/or programme leadership, development, and administration within a higher education environment.
• Have taught various business disciplines but not limited to Leadership and Ethics, Entrepreneurship, Brand Management, Business Venturing, International Business, Innovation, Business Strategy as well as Hospitality.
• Evidence of engagement in professional practice and the ability to design, deliver and assess a range of modules in and related to specialist areas of professional practice.
• Professional certification such as Google certification will be an added advantage.

• Lead as Module Leader/Programme Leader and monitor and assess performance of Associate Lecturers.
• Advise students with respect to academic performance, career opportunities, and pursuit of advanced studies.
