Role and Responsibilities:

• The Project Manager (PM) is overall responsible to manage the project team to meet or exceed customer contractual requirements for the delivery of the project.

• Reporting to the Project Director, the Project Manager will develop, update and maintain the project plan and schedule. The PM will manage the project scope, monitor project costing and forecasts, and develop/ maintain the project quality plan. The PM is also responsible to develop and update the project risk management plan, project team organization chart, plan and perform project communications/reporting. The PM will work together with Sales Team to manage project procurement. The Project Manager will also manage the communications, reporting, and expectations of internal and external project stakeholders.

• The project team members reporting to the Project Manager will include Solution Architect, Technical Lead, Developers, Testers and Support Engineers. Product Specialists, Technical Subject Matter Experts and System Engineers will support the Project Team as required, to fulfill specific project scope and responsibilities.

• The Project Manager will also support pre-sales activities, focusing on the technical solution, effort and timeline estimation and project delivery aspects of the tender/RFP proposal/presentation.

Skills:

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) or equivalent.

• Al least 5 years working experience as a Project Manager with experience to deliver Railway related projects.

• Knowledge and experienced in the following technology areas will be advantageous:

o BIM modelling/Micro-station 3D CAD

o Primavera P6 Scheduling

• Deployment and support of PC based hardware, and custom developed software in multiple sites across Singapore

• Project Management Certifications such as PMP is preferred.

• Need experience in Architectural metal works, metal cladding, Ceiling panels, Glass Wall, Glass Railing, Sky lights, Stainless Steel & Aluminium works.
• Overall management for the project with respect to contractual, budget, resources, design, procurement, construction, quality and safety.
• Lead the project team for the implementation and execution of works as according to planned schedule.
• Coordination and monitoring of progress amongst various subcontracting works.
• Liaise closely with clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors through regular meetings to resolve administrative, design and contractual issues and updating of project progress report.
• Conduct regular site safety meeting and to implement safe site working condition and environmental control measures.
• Tender in A&A projects.
• Method Statement.
• Technical Submission.
• Evaluation.
• Experience in Commercial, Building projects.
• Posses good leadership and organizing abilities.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (BMS & IoT) who will be responsible to manage organization of key client projects and accomplishes project objectives by planning and evaluating project activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the implementation of Smart Estate Solutions including HVAC, Power Management, Water Management, Lift/Elevator, and Integrated Workspace Management tools from initial to a successful completion.
• Act as the key point of contact in co-ordination with and consultation with the clients’ representative.
• Direct engineering, programming, testing & commissioning activities to ensure project milestone are met.
• Provide leadership, guidance and mentorship to the project team members, overseeing daily project activities.
• Work closely with clients to communicate project status, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Analyze and resolve implementation issues to meet clients’ requirements effectively.
• Manage changes within project constraints, e.g., scope, resource and schedule.
• Proactively plan and allocate resources to ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Ensure permits, legal documents are secured ahead of the project and all works are carried out in compliance with the approved works program and as well as adherence to all health and safety standards.
• Communicate key issues and recommend strategies to mitigate business impact to Management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors' or Master’s degree in electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Building Technology or equivalent.
• Proven track record in project management with a minimum of 5 -7 years of experience, specifically in BMS/HVAC projects involving Software IoT solutions.
• Able to manage full project cycle independently.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of IBMS, BMS, industrial automation, building ACMV systems.
• Knowledge of computer operating systems both hardware and software.
• Proficient in project management principles, methods, techniques and tools; PMP certification is a plus.
• Demonstrate leadership qualities, flexibility, and the ability to build rapport with clients, team members, managers, and senior executives in a consulting environment.
• Highly organized with proven track record of meeting project deadlines and proactively achieving business objectives.

Your main role is to coordinates and plan out current / new construction & non-construction projects.

• Follow up with construction of new built landed projects from demolition of old structure to completion of construction of new house.
• Create project plans, schedules, budgets and monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
• Manages all aspects of the project/construction execution; from site preparations to build-out.
• Prepare project progress reports based on contractual terms on time, cost and quality, ensuring accurate and timely communication with internal teams and clients.
• Manage sub contractors involved in all aspects of construction: electrical, plumbing, structural, piling, mechanical. Liaise with PE/architect/drafter.
• Analyse project specifications, including civil/structural, architectural, and M&E drawings.
• Manage and ensure submissions to authorities (BCA/PUB) are done in a timely manner for project to progress.
• Assist on coordinating for non-construction projects whenever necessary.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment, ensuring adherence to standard rules and regulations.
• Perform other project related administrative duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in construction projects.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and BCA regulations.
• Own travel vehicle will be advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
