Senior Strategy & Operations Specialist (Singapore)
12 months fixed term contract
As the Senior Strategy & Operations Specialist, you'll work with the APAC division of one of the largest video-sharing platforms with a growing community of video creators and consumers. You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure the organisation's efficient operation and the achievement of strategic goals. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the organisation has the strategic communication, decision-making tools, and processes in place for clarity of direction and success.
Role:
- Craft compelling and concise internal communications aligned with company strategy
- Support senior leadership with the development and delivery of presentations for key business updatesÂ
- Lead the organisation of important meetings, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and team on-site, curate agendas for strategic forums, ensuring consistent communication and action-item follow-up.
- Develop and maintain decision-making frameworks to support effective information flow and decision execution.
- Manage scenarios related to budgets, asks, and justifications in consultation with leadership.
- Contribute to strategic planning processes to support effective resource allocationÂ
- Implement, track and prioritise a calendar of specific initiatives that align with the broader
- strategy and goals
- Collaborate with the insights & analytics teams to establish, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Regularly assess and compile results across areas to drive data-driven decision-making.
You:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in strategy, operations, or a similar role, preferably 2+ years of experience in technological industry or deep understanding of the technological landscape
- Superb written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging to varying audiences.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Familiarity with tools for project management and performance analytics.
- Passion for the web video/video-sharing ecosystem and digital culture. Understand video-sharing platforms, its creators and identify opportunities to celebrate the creator community
- Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong project management experience and a demonstrated ability to drive multiple projects to completion.
- Proactive self-starter with the ability to anticipate and troubleshoot problems.
- Comfort with data analysis and experience translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills and, ideally, fluent in another Asian language to support the projects across APAC.
