Roles & Responsibilities

-Work closely with in-house team members to ensure translations meet the quality standards

-Handle overseas business account

-Collaborate and communicate effectively with all customers and source for new clients in asia/overseas market

-Experienced in handling shipping documentation will be advantage

-Liaise/ co-ordinate with suppliers/shipping agency/customers

-Previous career or experience in manfacturing for vietnam market will be plus point

-Handles and oversees other duties and responsibilities as assigned

-contact all clients on related overseas sales target market indoor outdoor sales

-Assist the director in all paper work matters translated in vietnam preferably

-Assist to be the Liaison officer with the respective pool of overseas customers to maintain/update records

-Liaising with vendors/suppliers for overseas orders for quotation, arrangement of delivery order and invoicing matters

-Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the immediate manager

-General clerical duties and to work closely with admin department

-Good ability to work under pressure, communication and patience

-Excellent communication, interpersonal skills

-Able to multi-task and deliver results under tight timelines

-Able to exercise initiative and provide support and service to customers

• Prepare master construction program and catch-up program, if applicable.
• Able to plan for site access at different stage of project
• Ability to resolve drawing discrepancies prior to start work architects/consultants
• knows how to work out prelims, budgeting and monitor cost report.
• Ability to manage Subcontractors and coordinate for all works on site.
• involvement in planning all works on site, including program schedules and construction methods, forecast equipment, material and manpower requirement, and control usage and wastages.
• attending regular meetings with clients and others (e.g architects, engineers), to keep them updated of the progress.
• Ability to identify potential and occurring problems that affect the schedule of works at site and recommend solutions.
• Adhere to safety practices in the workplace.

Requirement:

• Candidate must have Bachelor’s degree in construction management or Civil Engineering.
• At least 10 years of practical experience in Project Management Services in Construction industry, especially as a Main contractor PM.
• Good grasp of end-to-end construction process, methodology and other technical expertise and knowledge
• Good interpersonal skills, stakeholder management skills, problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Project
• Good knowledge on method statements
• Knowledge on planning access and site setting up plan
• Ability to read and understand drawings to solve site issues

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, executing, and coordinating construction tasks according to the master and detailed work schedules.
• Prepare and submit essential project documents such as timelines, method statements, design plans, risk evaluations, and monthly updates.
• Oversee construction work to ensure it adheres to contract terms, drawings, quality standards, and Environmental, Safety & Health (ESH) guidelines.
• Collaborate with Clients, Authorities, Consultants, Subcontractors, and Suppliers on all aspects of the project, providing solutions and ensuring proper documentation.
• Coordinate with clients and consultants for site inspections, submit technical reports, and maintain accurate site records. Assist the QS department in reviewing contractor claims and progress payments.
• Attend meetings with Clients, Consultants, and Contractors to monitor project timelines and ensure progress is on track.
• Maintain an organized document control system, reviewing detailed design drawings and project specifications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineer Board.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the construction and infrastructure industry.

Key Responsibilities:

· Optimise the use of SAP S4 HANA, Fiori functionalities for business processes with the objective of deriving meaningful and productive use of the system

· Work in co-ordination with other SAP module teams and other platforms for the effective integrated use of the system to facilitate business process automation

· Identifying and mapping end users business requirement with SAP S4 HANA & Fiori functionalities.

· Perform SD & MM Configuration for Business solution or new company setup.

· To develop functional specification based on Business requirement and be able to conduct complete testing before releasing to Business Team.

· Provide support & resolution for operational queries and reported issues

· To develop and provide User training programs

· Participate in new IT projects implementation

· Ensure operations are in compliance with Group IT policies, standards and practices established

Requirements:

· Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or IT relevant discipline
