Business Development Manager Responsibilities

• Proven sales track record
• Experience in customer support is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)

• BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field

Friday 8:30am-5:30pm

Job Description:
• Manage and coordinate projects undertaken by the company including QS work, project budgets, Vos, drawings, meetings, site walks, site installations, material transportations, technical support, labour, inspections and completion of the projects
• Ensure smooth operation of project flow from start to end
• Schedule, plan, forecast, resource and manage all the technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion
• Understand project plans and Specifications to determine appropriate construction methods
• Read and extract bill of quantity from drawings
• Drafting of AutoCAD drawing, layout drawing, shop drawing & electrical line diagram
• Regular meetings with clients to ensure clarification and meet specific requirements in a timely manner
• Manage Project Payment Claim
• Follow up on project and work schedule
• Maintain control of all project submission and documentation
• Monitor fabrication and production progress
• Maintain/update project records
• Assist the project team with site safety documentations and coordination
• Assist the project team with documenting job progress, schedule
• Creating and disturbing project closeout materials, as-build drawings, O and M manuals to owner once project is complete
• Document filling and control, file and retrieve corporate documents, records and report including digitised them into the computer system in each of their respective folder
• Data entry into the company software
• Check and reply of emails from client

Requirement:
• Diploma/ Degree in Engineering or relevant qualifications

• Analysis of investment deals in both public & private market
• Processing and placing of trade orders, stocks & shares

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle basic Human Resource functions (e.g: Monthly payroll, CPF contributions, work pass applications, applicable employee leave, ensure compliance with all relevant local employment laws and regulations, etc.)
• Review and identify gaps in the company’s current business operations and provide suitable recommendations on enhancements. This will include the planning, budgeting, forecasting and ensuring optimal use of all company resources to maintain/reduce overall operational costs through different initiatives.
• Work closely with various stakeholders, including staff, customers, suppliers and other vendors, to further business objectives.
• To also develop and carry out various new business operational plans in partnership with the management so as to ensure that strategic goals are reached
• Perform data analysis and generate relevant tracking reports
• Assist with various administrative duties, including handling customer phone calls, order processing, inventory control, etc.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma/degree in Human Business Management/Resource Management from a reputable institute.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in Singapore handling Human Resource and operational issues, with strong knowledge of both areas
• Tech-savvy and highly proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office
• Have strong sense of own initiative, highly independent and resourceful
• Meticulous with great attention to details and monitoring skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to propose feasible solutions to management
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and also deal with customers/suppliers whenever necessary
