Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing the different functions of project execution for the company from start to end (eg. Awarding of contract, delivery of goods etc.)
• Responsible for the company’s project management, allocating resources to the different areas when required, and resolving any issues present during the project phase
• Responsible for overseeing the various scope of order, and monitoring the various applicable project specifications
• Responsible for attending to the various technical and commercial reviews, resolving any enquiries from both internal/external stakeholders
• In charge of handling/monitoring the various projects’ schedule development, and maintaining the required project documentations (eg. purchasing, shipping and invoicing etc.)
• In charge of resolving the customers’ complaints, overseeing any order deviation from the various customers
• All other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other relevant field of studies
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in project management
• Experienced and Knowledgeable in process plant design and management

Roles & Responsibilities

• To engage in project engineering of ACMV Systems.
• Responsible for planning, scheduling, forecasting, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects.
• To lead and communicate with our Site Engineer and Site Supervisor.
• Controlling the cost of the materials and labour.
• Attend site meeting, inspection and monitoring of project progress.

• Ensure that all the construction safety rules and regulations are being observed.
• Scheduling the construction work of the day.

Job Requirements

• Min. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
• Min. 3 years of experience in ACMV works.
• A team player and possess problem-solving, coordination and management skills.
• Able to work independently and work as a project team
• Able to carry out prescribed work in a safe, competent or compliant matter.
• Possession of outstanding written and verbal communication skills, as well as having strong interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated individual, with phenomenal confidence working with diverse partner groups
• Able to perform using AutoCad and other drawing applications
• Knowledge in AutoCAD drawings
• Good team player and handle stress and deadlines.
