DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Unless otherwise specified by the Company or your Reporting Officer, your duties and responsibilities shall include:

• Develops long-term goals and objectives in collaboration with the President and the executive council, and ensuring that the organisation's activities align with its mission and objectives.

• Monitors legislative and regulatory developments and, together with the President and the executive council, develops policy positions, and advocates for policies that benefit members.
• Works closely with the executive council and implement executive council directives.
• Identifies and mitigates risks that may affect the association's operations or reputation. This may involve developing risk management strategies, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and maintaining appropriate insurance coverage.
• Responsible for fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement within the association. This may involve developing staff talent, implementing organisational policies and procedures, and promoting diversity and inclusion.

Job Requirements :

Minimum Diploma / Degree and above in any discipline .

Must be multi-lingual .

High level of leadership skills .

Strong verbal and written communication skills .

Ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels .

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills .

Broad knowledge and understanding of the principles, practices and procedures of customer service .

• Partner with the HODs and Team Leads to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes, administering the Talent Acquisition Form for all hires; the sourcing and interview of candidates; prepare salary proposal; the on-boarding and off-boarding process
• Collaborate with various agencies to participate in various recruitment drives and outreach programmes so as to enhance our branding; enhance recruitment channel and to build pipeline to support the current and future human capital needs.
• Handle all employee relations matters, which includes, disciplinary related matters; grievances; performance improvement plan and other issues concerning employee engagement.
• Provide timely advice on HR policies and procedures with the aim to enhance employee communication; engagement and performance.
• Facilitate and be the minute-taker for staff engagement sessions
• Handle applications/renewals for any foreign hires and related matters
• Participate and assist with performance management review
• Participate in HRIS implementation and testing
• To perform any HR related projects, surveys and HR admin duties as and when assigned

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree/Post Graduate qualification in Human Resource Management or related disciplines with at least 4 to 5 years of HR experience in HR Business Partnering
• Good oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills

The Role

In line with the continuing growth of our business, we are looking to appoint an experienced individual to play a key role based in our Singapore office, providing strategic leadership as well as day-to-day operational management.

The Skills

Degree-qualified, with experience in a marketing and/or business development role, you have also proven yourself in professional services and/or a consultancy environment and gained experience of working with marketing/ CRM databases.

You have demonstrated your ability to think and work strategically and to co-ordinate and supervise the activities of others to achieve objectives. Crucially, you have an outstanding ability to connect and work with internal and external stakeholders, develop relationship to achieve strategic objectives. You have built and continuously developing your network within the industry for greater collaboration and industry intelligence sharing.
