Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Director to lead and oversee the management of our existing projects while driving growth through strategic tendering for new projects. Key Responsibilities

Business Development:

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including participation in tenders and preparation of high-quality proposals.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to increase revenue and market share.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.

Project Management:

• Oversee the successful execution and management of existing projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.

Team Leadership:

• Manage and mentor the business development team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Business Management

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects effectively.
