Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other relevant disciplines
• At least 8 years of relevant sales experience in selling IT solutions (not only procurement of software & hardware, but also professional services delivery for IT system integration) to financial institutions, Japanese Banks is preferable
• Must possess fundamental ICT knowledge and domain knowledge of banking industry
• Possess knowledge of Fintech and Solutions for Financial Institutions
• Experience in Services Sales with tender and bidding participation
• Ability to perform account management, relationship building with established accounts and account maintenance duties
• Ability to work well with co-workers

Job description:

Manage and lead a team to maintain accurate accounting system records and adequate internal controls

Maintain and oversee all finance and accounting operations to ensure timely monthly and year-end-closings

Ensure accurate and timely financial and management reporting including consolidation of group financial statements

Review and analyze the monthly financial performance of group entities, implement work process improvements where necessary

Preparation of annual tax computations, corporate tax reports and submissions

Review the GST reports and submission

Coordinate the annual statutory audit

Coordinate submissions of annual returns for group entities

Involve in stock takes and fixed assets count

Responsibilities

• Work closely with APAC GTM leadership to drive the success of Stripe’s GTM motions
• Create frameworks to assess, influence current and future business performance by country and segment
• Partner with central GTM F&S and other regional F&S teams on defining metrics and developing planning and ROI models, and drive recommendations on resource allocations and ROI optimization in APAC
• Drive month-end reporting and support annual planning for the APAC business
• Own reporting and deep dive of leading indicators of business performance

Minimum requirements

Pay and benefits
The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is S$111,400 - S$150,800. This range may change if you are hired in another location. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and specific location.
