The organization as a global presence and has regional headquarters in Europe, the US and in Asia. They are currently looking for a Finance Manager to lead their finance and accounting operations here in Singapore.

They are currently looking for a Finance Manager to lead their finance and accounting operations here in Singapore.
DescriptionOversee routine accounting and reporting tasks, including month and year-end reporting, monthly financial and cash-flow forecasting, and annual budgeting.Handle tax reporting and filing responsibilities.Manage risk, including insurance collaboration with HQ, and handle claims in communication with the insurance company.Ensure adequate financing for operational and investment needs, collaborating with both HQ and local finance institutions.Execute monthly and annual financial closing procedures (P&L, B/S, Cash-flow), coordinating with local authorities and external auditors.Enhance Finance processes related to transactions (AP/AR) to boost productivity and control.Take ownership of and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Finance department.Lead and develop the Finance Team, setting team and individual goals, implementing employee development plans, and providing coaching.Serve as a Finance Business Partner to the Managing Director.
ProfilePossess a minimum of 8 years of working experience with a focus on accounting, tax, and controlling.Have experience in tax, customs, and Transfer Pricing issues related to cross-border transactions.Demonstrate good knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain processes and their financial implications.Familiarity with ERP systems, with specific knowledge of Navision and SAP being advantageous.Understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).Strong analytical skills.Exhibit a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently.Uphold a strong sense of integrity.Embrace a proactive and hands-on attitude.Demonstrate a willingness to take on new challenges.Function well as a team player with good communication and leadership skills.Possess the ability to lead and develop teams.
