Purpose of this role:
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:
- Scope Assembler
- Perform a wide variety of mechanical, electronic or electromechanical assembly operations on high precision instrument,
- Follow methods and sequence of operations in performing cable routing, electronics installation and mechanical assembly
- Perform assembly and testing on very small precision parts (100 ~ 500 um), which requires the use of microscope, tweezers and not micro scale fixtures
- Provide feedback to support groups for improvement in sequencing or assembly method
- Trained and generate NCR’s from assembly related area
- Assembly and quality of work
- Put empty bins kanban card into the collection of Kanban Board
- Diagnose (if required with support groups) and perform rework on assemblies
- Work in production improvement projects as assigned
- Meet cycle time as defined in the cell playbook
- Responsible to execute per the instructions of supervisor/lead
- Ensure compliance of operations within area of concern with all relevant EHS regulatory requirement and SCIEX safety policies, procedures and guidelines
- Other duties/ ad hoc tasks as assigned

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Minimum NITEC in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Mechatronics preferred with 1 year of relevant work experience or 5 years relevant working experience in manufacturing environment
- Good spoken and written English
- Good electro-mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity and strong troubleshooting skills
- Strong team skills, good communication skills and attention to detail are required
- Recent graduates with no experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
