Description
- Monitor IT network environment (Cisco, Juniper) with monitoring tools in a datacentre environment
- Handle logging of incident tickets and escalate alerts raised to responsible support team for resolution
- Perform datacentre operations duties, generating periodic applications and reports
- Perform backup tasks and management
- Handle technical service requests
Requirements
- IT EDUCATION in ITE, Diploma, other IT Certifications
- Relevant IT operator experience in network monitoring with familiarity in monitoring tools like Stablenet or Tivoli
