The Opportunity

· It is an opportunity for an experienced Product Analyst to join their team
· It will start off as a 12 months contract
The Job
· Manage Business requirement analysis and delivery coordination with a focus on delivering on core F&O clearing and Backoffice platforms.
· Work closely with F&O Business, F&O Marketing, Client Solutions and Operations Stakeholders to understand the core needs and their asks
· Partner with global/regional technology teams on requirement analysis, tracking milestones, supporting end to end testing
· Work with external vendors who are responsible for delivery of the core clearing and Backoffice platforms
· Prioritize work from multiple stakeholders in the region and deliver this in close collaboration with the global teams spread across locations in UK, India, New York and Chicago.
The Talent
· Extensive knowledge on Futures & Options and Cleared Derivative products and post-trade flows
· Ability to understand the proposed technical solutions and analyze them for their effectiveness and performance
· Extensive knowledge of software development lifecycle and methodologies, good understanding of the operational aspects of managing a software stack
· Strong business-centric mindset, with ability to utilize sound business judgment and tailor approach to drive optimal business outcomes
· Ability to decompose complex issues and drive timely decisions, knowing when to engage others for additional input, and when to act independently
· Experience developing new standard operating procedures and documentation to manage and mitigate recurring issues
