Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product and business team to create solutions considering user needs and technical challenges
• Work with designers to maintain consistent creative visual standards and governance across user journeys
• Translating the product vision through research, sketching, prototyping, user-testing, and iteration related to digital product design.
• Plan and conduct research to gather insights or validate hypotheses and design solutions
• Designing user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity product prototypes according to the UX concept for Digital products
• Interpret both quantitative and qualitative data as parameters to be documented in the design decisions
• Designing interface element (UI) graphics according to design guidelines to increase product usage with appropriate design methods
• Prepares all design assets for submission to the developer.
• Design low-fi, high-fi wireframes, suggesting copywriting (if applicable)
• Articulate design concepts, and required interaction with stakeholders
• Ensure the consistency, and usability, for applicable devices, and systems., i.e., iOS and android

Requirements:

• Min 5-8 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in user-centered design and research methodologies, with strong collaborative skills for cross-functional teamwork.
• Solid understanding of current UI design practices to create an efficient & seamless user experience, and a passion for user interface design and understanding of UX processes.
• Working experience on prototyping, Visual design applications (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch etc), Wireframing and User Flows
