Job Scope:
- Develop, formulate new products (TCM / Health Supplement) to meet market needs from formulation to product contents and registrations .
- Responsible for contents generation on marketing collaterals product packaging and ecommerce website, social media)
- Conducts in-house and outstation product trainings to employees and customers
- Replying of product inquiries of users and customers through calls, mails or in person.
- Conducts Market Research for new products, source for raw materials etc.
- Developing training modules and presentation materials
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Nutrition or Traditional Chinese Medicinal Studies (Herbs / Doctor)
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in training and health supplement or food industry
- Independent worker and team player
- Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Well-versed in Microsoft Powerpoint presentation / words / excel
- Strong in Language
- Able to communicate with Chinese speaking business assosciates
- Interest in Health Supplements and TCM
