Details:

• Salary from $4,800 to $6,000, with AWS and Variable Bonus
• Working Time: Monday to Friday. 8.30am to 5.30pm.
• Location: Kranji (North)

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to schedules.
• Manage and lead production teams, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure the availability of raw materials.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols, ensuring compliance with workplace regulations.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with the planning team to optimize production processes and resource utilization.
• Track and analyze production metrics to identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Support the Production Manager in strategic planning and execution of operational goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in production management, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide, motivate, and develop teams.
• In-depth knowledge of production processes, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and implement effective solutions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to meet production targets.
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive process improvements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
