- Implement strategic go-to-market plans to drive sales and increase market share for products.
- Enhance product visibility through targeted marketing campaigns, distribution training, sales tool creation, and partnership efforts, collaborating with product managers, sales teams, compliance, and stakeholders to expand market share.
- Craft compelling value propositions, messaging, and marketing content based on insights and data, tailored for key target audiences.
- Develop and create below-the-line marketing materials for product launches, showcasing unique selling points and addressing customer pain points. This includes brochures, playbooks, eDMs, webpages, videos, and other content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business Development, Product, Corporate Affairs, Segments, Business Analytics, etc.) to meet business, commercial, and marketing objectives for the year.
- Focus on flawless execution, teamwork, attention to detail, creativity, and strong coordination of timelines and budgets to manage marketing deliverables.
- Oversee post-campaign reviews, tracking KPIs, gathering insights, and evaluating campaign effectiveness to identify key takeaways for future initiatives.
