Responsibilities

• Support acquisition and marketing campaigns for the bank’s commercial cards to deliver to acquisition goals
• Manage day-to-day operations of the card acquisition process end-to-end.
• Serve as an internal reference for commercial cards product features, operational and technology aspects
• Manage and resolve customer exceptions
• Perform accuracy checks of daily/monthly/adhoc reports
• Handle any other general administration duties and assist in ad-hoc projects as required
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience
• Comfortable with Microsoft Excel, including experience with formulas and basic functions.
• Knowledge in Payments business, especially credit cards. Experience in a financial institute or in the payments industry is advantageous
• Good analytical, interpersonal skills and problem solving skills with ability to manage stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, independent, self-motivated with good time management

Job Requirements

· Minimum Degree in a related discipline

· Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience
