Coordinate raw material flow into the workshop and ensure timely input
Assist the planner to plan and prioritize materials and operations to ensure maximum performance and minimal delay
Assist in weekly material and machine loading plan
Liaise with Procurement, Logistics, Production and Engineering department for flow of MPC (Manufacturing Process Chart), material deliveries and outsourcing schedules
Involved in machine planning
Compilation of OT Meal allowance for employees
Requirements:
Minimum Polytechnic Diploma in Engineering/ NTC-2 in Machining Trade will be preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing environment will be preferred
Strong analytical and effective problem-solving skill
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines
Proficient in MS Office (MS words, Excel, Power Point).
Good interpersonal and communication skill and ability to interface with all levels of people.
