Responsible to guide and lead the manufacturing of cosmetic and health supplement products complying to Good Manufacturing Procedure. Basic chemistry understanding will be very helpful and any laborartory experience will be a plus.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare of the material and packaging material for the daily production.
• Support production including labelling of the bottles, filling, carry and moving of products.
• Maintain cleanliness of workplace and ensure machines are in good condition.
• Documentation and maintain the data of pre-weight till handover the goods to the warehouse.
• Support internal audit & external audit for ISO
• Sourcing & liaising with suppliers on the quotation and stock availability.
• Assist in coaching and guidance to the new employees.
• Raising orders of the raw material, plan the production schedule based on the inventory stock level.
• Ensure all the production operators, manufacturing process is accordance to SOP.
• Ensure the production is running smoothly.
• Learn and understand the production operation flow to complete the daily output.
• Create, update and maintain SAP system.

Requirements:
• Diploma in Chemical/Chemistry/Engineering/Pharmaceutical Sciences
• At least 2 years manufacturing work experience is preferred
• Excellent communication to provide training and coaching to team member
• Knowledge in ISO 22716, ISO 22000 and ISO 13485 knowledge will be advantageous

Job Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and perform basic troubleshooting
• Account for the finished goods produced
• Calculate production waste
• Basic warehousing and stock taking responsibilities
• Housekeeping duties
• All other duties assigned as deemed necessary for the operation of the warehouse
• Good understand on GMP requirement will be an added advantage
• Sound technical knowledge to troubleshoot machines’ issues.
