Responsibilities:

• Understand the needs of corporate clients on payments and collections products and develop corporate products and services accoridng to the clients' needs.
• Drive adoption and utilization of products such as FAST, eGIRO, MEPS, PayNow, remittances, Virtual Accounts, online banking and facilitate the migration of customers from manual to digital channels.
• Develop pricing strategies for payments and collections products, considering market dynamics, customer value, and competitive positioning.
• Assist in developing marketing campaigns and promotional activities to drive adoption and usage of payments and collections products.
• Work with Cash Management Sales and Relationship Managers on sales pitches, Request For Proposals (RFP), through providing timely advisory, solutioning and implementation.
• Liaise with BOC Head Office on the management of end-to-end development and roll-out of new or enhanced payments and collections product capabilities.
• Participate UAT for products related to payments and collections.
• Maintain and update product roadmap, with inputs from delivery, project teams, and IT.
• Work with various internal functional teams such as Business Units, IT, Legal & Compliance and Operation to effectively plan and execute product development and implementation.
• Attend to day-to-day product related matters such as reporting, training, legal documentation, client service support, product review, risk assessments, operational issues and audit, etc.
• Establish and execute key internal policies and operating procedures for payments and collections products. Ensure that all payments and collections products comply with relevant banking regulations, data security, and privacy requirements.
• Identify and streamline implementation processes to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Identify opportunities for new innovative solutions through clear understanding of competitive landscape, emerging technological trends and needs of customers.

Requirements:

• A recognized University Degree or professional qualifications.
• At least 5 years experience in Payments, Collections or Channels management in financial institutions.
• Deep understanding of payment systems, technologies, and emerging trends in the payments industry.
• Familiarity with various payment methods, including mobile payments, online banking, and digital wallets.
• Knowledge of relvant regulatory requirements and compliance related to payments and collections services.
• Possess strong data analytical skills and project management skills.
• Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese so as to communicate effectively with our China counterpart and Chinese-speaking customers.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills to manage various stakeholders.
• Knowledge in APIs, payment integrations, and product manageent will be a plus.
• Positive Attitude, resourceful, independent individual with the ability to multi-task.
• Strong sense of responsibility/ ownership and effective in execution.

Job Description:

1.Promote and develop trade settlement and traditional trade finance products, including LC issuance, LC advising, LC negotiation, import collection and export bill collection, etc., and coordinate and solve the problems encountered.

2.Formulate and update department rules and procedures and other internal management measures; draft standard

legal documentations; set and manage the standard commission charges and maintain the same in related systems.

3.Product related data analysis and statistics, and responsible for the whole life cycle product management, including product risk management, annual product assessment and product risk rating, etc.

4.Responsible for management, function optimization and user maintenance for internal trade finance and supply chain finance related systems.

5.Organize product trainings, formulate product manuals and other product brochure for both internal and external usage.

6.Marketing of collaborated trade finance transactions with China domestic branches and FIs, including overseas import finance, overseas export finance, counter guarantee and secondary market forfaiting and risk participation, etc.

7.Conduct regular and ad-hoc market research, understand products and business information of other FIs.

8.Contact Head Office regularly to report on product and business development, as well as issues encountered; understand the status of the business development of other branches within the Group, and exchange business opportunities and successful experience.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree and above, major in finance, economics, accounting and management preferred.

2. Strong data analysis ability (proficient in Excel) and market sensitivity.

3. Able to communication effectively both written and spoken in English & Chinese with internal/external stakeholders and HQ

4. Responsible, good team player and excellent communication skills.

5. At Least 3 years and above relevant work experience. Corporate banking background with experience in product management or relationship management preferred.
