Job Summary:
We’re seeking a proactive and strategic Product Manager to shape product strategy, define roadmaps, and drive continuous improvement within our Customer & Content Value Team. Focusing on consumer-facing features, you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing content discovery, user engagement, and monetization across one or more flagship media publications. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll identify key product requirements, resolve issues, and deliver valuable content experiences that resonate with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product roadmaps with well-defined goals and measures of success.
- Lead initiatives to enhance content discovery, classification, browsing, and customer engagement.
- Work closely with engineering, data science, UX, and marketing teams to deliver engaging consumer experiences.
- Prioritize development backlogs to maximize value and execute on high-impact deliverables.
- Translate business insights into detailed requirements and user stories for technical teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or analytical field.
- At least 4-7 years’ experience in product management, ideally within media or consumer products.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven execution skills, delivering high-standard product specifications and success metrics.
- Experience with data-driven hypothesis testing, experimentation, and UX improvements.
- Team-oriented, with a collaborative approach to achieving customer-focused goals.
