Additional Information:

• Mon to Fri (8.30am to 5.30pm)
• Work location at Jurong with 2-way transport provided at Jurong East MRT
• Basic + Allowance + AWS + Bonus
• European MNC, Chemical Manufacturing Plant

Responsibilities:

• Manage emergency repairs of production equipments.
• Provide redesign and improvements to equipment.
• Lead Root Cause Analyses (RCA), conduct investigation, create solutions and take full ownership of the report, including coordinating/ follow-up investigation with team member.
• Lead repairs, improvement project implementation and liaise with vendors/contractors.
• Lead spare parts management and annual inventory stock-count.
• Compile and monitor equipment reliability action tasks execution and completion then analyze and optimize.
• Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager from time to time.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any relevant trade certificates.
• At least 5 years of experience in a process plant with maintenance experience.
• Good verbal and written coummuncations.
• Knowledge of mechanical process systems.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team with strong troubleshooting skill.
