Job Responsibilities:
Review all sale orders to work orders on a daily basis
Ensure that customer order deliveries are on time and in full
Review overall production processes
Liaise with Customer Service Personnel on the Export orders on delivery shipment
Generate the work orders and production schedule to meet the requirement dates with full required quantity
Analyze and work out the lead times required for each process
Include these lead times in the planning stage for work orders issuance and to liaise with respective personnel on these lead times
Ensure there is no shortage of manpower and material for production runs
Issue work orders and follow up with the respective Production departments
Inform relevant department of any changes in work orders e.g. reduce/increase in quantity
Check the following before issuance of work orders
Assist on stock taking
Other ad-hoc duties may be assigned
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or any relevant field
Minimum 3 years in planning
Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office suite
